Pinewood Derby – Coming Soon!!! Are you ready?
There are still several scouts who have not picked up their
Pinewood Derby cars. Please make
arrangements with me to meet at school or swing by my house. You may call my cell to make arrangements
(786) 393-8340.
The derby is Saturday
January 24th from 12:00 until we are done (est. 3:00pm). This will be a fun day of racing and
recognition. We are going to merge our
regular Pack Meeting into this event so please be there and wear your full
Class “A” uniform.

Virginia Key Campout and Blue & Gold BBQ
We need your registrations for the Virginia Key camp
out. This year we will again celebrate
the anniversary of Scouting with a Blue and Gold “BBQ”. Danny promises to top last year’s Caja China with
another fine example of Cuban cooking.
This time… Save me some skin!!!
Seriously, this is a feast you won’t want to miss. The Virginia Key Beach Park is a wonderful
park off the Rickenbacker Causeway on the way to Key Biscayne. They have a great bathroom/shower facility so
for those families looking for a comfortable close to home trip, this is
it! We will camp Friday night through
Sunday morning. The cost is $40 per
person. If you only wish to attend the
BBQ, come Friday night and bring $5 per person.

Registration
Scout Sunday to be rescheduled
We are rescheduling our observance of Scout Sunday from
February 1st. Troop 362 will
be out of town that weekend and we will be camping the following weekend. I will advise when a new date has been
scheduled.
