By now you have already realized that we are serious about communication
with our Pack families. We feel that through consistent communication we
provide a better opportunity for your scout to be involved during the scouting year.
We also understand that we need a variety of channels to communicate with our
families. We do this through meeting handouts, email, newsletters,
website update notices, and now voice messaging.
On occasion you will receive phone calls from 2Unify's Voice System to alert
you to Pack notices or reminders. You will be able to respond in the
voicemail by pressing number keys. We use this as a rapid method for
gathering and disseminating information. An upcoming example will be a voicemail
requesting input on your desire to attend the Lion Country Safari Campout.
USE OF THE SYSTEM
1. Inbound call will be from area code (484), answer it
2. Listen to the introduction - press #
3. Listen to the message - respond as indicated by the message
If you do not respond to the message it will keep trying to reach you every
2 hours until you respond.
